According to official data, from July 1 to August 15 this year, 3,140,906 passengers were transported to/from the three largest ports compared to 2,946,747 passengers last year. In particular, the data of the Ministry of Shipping show that from 1 to 15 August this year, the number of passengers served by three ports – Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio, amounted to 1,118,445 passengers compared to 1,071,516 in the corresponding period last year, which means an increase of 4, 37%.
