The Public Debt Management Authority will hold an auction for a 10-year bond issue carrying a fixed interest rate of 4.25% maturing on June 15, 2023, with the aim to satisfy investment demand and facilitate the operation on the secondary bond market. Settlement date will be Wednesday, November 22. Only primary dealers will participate in the auction.

On the domestic electronic secondary bond market, state bond yields fell further. The 10-year bond yield was 3.98% and the 10-year German Bund yield was 2.59%, leaving the yield spread between the two benchmark bonds at 1.39%. Turnover was a heavy 207 million euros of which 64 million were buy orders.
