A total of 4,700,000 euros will be distributed to 8 municipalities in northeastern Attica as emergency aid to manage the repercussions of the large fire that broke out initially in Varnavas

A total of 4,700,000 euros will be distributed to 8 municipalities in northeastern Attica as emergency aid to manage the repercussions of the large fire that broke out initially in Varnavas, the Interior Ministry announced on Tuesday.

According to a decision signed by Interior Minister Thodoris Livanios, the total will be allocated as follows:

  • Vrilissia – 750,000 euros
  • Dionyssos – 650,000 euros
  • Marathonas – 1,000,000 euros
  • Pallini – 150,000 euros
  • Penteli – 1,000,000 euros
  • Rafina/Pikermi – 300,000 euros
  • Chalandri – 500,000 euros
  • Oropos – 350,000 euros
