The three-phase upgrade of infrastructure began on October 18, a Friday.

An upgrade on cloud services infrastructure on this and the following Saturday (Nov. 16, 23) will affect online verification, tax, and other government services, the Digital Governance Ministry’s General Secretariat of Information Systems and Digital Governance said on Friday.

The three-phase upgrade of infrastructure began on October 18, a Friday.

The next two upgrades will take place on Saturday, November 16, from 05:00 to 15:00, and on Saturday, November 23, also from 05:00 to 15:00.

During those times, the following services will be offline:

– Services related to authentication of users through TaxisNet passwords (e.g. gov.gr, IDIKA, e-EFKA, et al.)

– Services such as origin of wealth statements (‘Pothen Esches’), e-paravolo, and inter-platform web communications between the General Secretariat and public administration agencies

– Any tax services by the tax authority AADE and the National Economy & Finance ministry, such as TAXISnet, ICISnet, TAXIS, Elenxis, MIS, et al.

The ministry said that every effort will be expended to complete the upgrade before the end time provided, in order to limit the repercussions from the unavailability of the services.
