Since February 1, more than 800 tremors, each with a magnitude of 3 or higher, have been recorded around the popular tourist islands of Santorini, Amorgos, Anafi, and Ios. This has led to the evacuation of most of Santorini’s 16,000 residents and numerous visitors.
The ministry's post on X said, "We extend our warmest congratulations to Lebanon on forming the new government. The lower than normal temperatures will continue to the middle of February, National Meteorological Service (EMY) Thodoris Kolydas said in a post on X on Saturday.
