“It is a shame what is happening in SYRIZA with the delegates. SYRIZA does not exist as we knew it,” said Stefanos Kasselakis speaking on Friday morning to MEGA television hosts.
If SYRIZA loses one more MP from its parliamentary group, it will relinquish its status as the official opposition for the first time since gaining it in the 2012 elections.
“I will not remain in an anti-democratic party,” Kasselakis stated on Mega TV Friday morning, adding that his close advisors are urging him to establish his own political group.
